Leon, has over 25 years in Information Technology, currently as the Chief of Digital Innovation & Chief Information Officer at the Cleveland Foundation. In this dual role, Leon is part of the executive committee leading the foundation’s Information & Technology Services department, focusing on strategic and transformational use of technology and data within the foundation and the philanthropic sector. Additionally, as Chief of Digital Innovation, Leon oversees the foundation’s Digital Excellence grant-making strategy geared toward “building a stronger, more equitable and inclusive digital community” tackling Cleveland’s digital divide; along with elevating Greater Cleveland’s position as a intelligent / smart city and regional technology innovation hub.

After running the CBRE real estate company's Northeast Ohio operation for 33 years, Dave is setting in motion a plan to step down from management and return to brokerage.
Dave announced the plans for his transition in a virtual meeting with his staff on Wednesday morning, Sept. 2. He said he will work with his CBRE supervisors as they select a successor from internal and external candidates.
Dave is a 2 time past president of our club and has been instrumental in building our club's success!
Mike was highlighted in the August issue of Monument Builders of North America. The article covered the history of the family business, Johns-Carabelli Company, his monument design expertise, and his life of giving.
If you ask Mike Johns Sr. about his career, he will tell you that he never worked a day in his life. He loved making monuments so much, he didn’t consider it his occupation—it was his vocation.
The Greater Cleveland Food Bank has an upcoming volunteer day, October 13th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. They are seeking 10+ volunteers. If interested please click the following link to register:
Winterfest is around the corner and Downtown Cleveland Alliance is looking for 40 volunteers to help decorate public square for the holiday's. Save the date of Saturday, November 7th, this is a great opportunity to volunteer outside and help make a positive impact on our city! (Look for a flyer with all the details to be sent separately)
American Red Cross Blood Donor Day, October 8, 2020. For every 1 donation, 3 lives are saved! Need we say more? This is a great opportunity for the entire family, a friend, or colleague to join you and make a difference! Due to natural disasters and Covid - 19 the need has never been greater! If donating blood isn't possible, there are plenty of other volunteer opportunities available.
