"How to Find and Hold your Focus"

Finding and holding your focus is one of the most important, yet most elusive parts of being a business owner. With multiple priorities in an ever shifting landscape constantly bombarding us and demanding time and attention, it is easy to lose focus on what we know is ultimately important. This session will guide you through a process to find that focus, but more importantly, give you tips on holding that focus throughout the year.
